Not a good sign

Well..Huh..It is autumn after all. I got out of school early, trying to get home before Karlena gets there. Stupid Karlena, always setting up unreasonable lesson times. My umbrella is not a cheap one, but the wind was simply too strong. My wimp hands couldn't control it from being wrecked.At that time, I only wore a t-shirt and a sweatshirt, but it just couldn't stand the rain and the wind!I was going to freeze to death.Thank goodness I went inside the park that allowed me to walk the path through a forest,..I was trying to avoid the wind and rain as much as possible, but I met something even more disagreeble...Once I got into the forest and had a basic sight of the basic path, all I could see is, orange leaves everywhere, covering the grey cement ground..."SHIT" was all I could force through my frozen lips; it was too late to turn back anyway, I might as well as walk through the land of leaves.My poor cotten shoes were dragged through the wet and decaying leaves until I got back into the rain.More swearing phrases came out (my lips were warmed in the forest) when I got out because the rain was now pouring.By the time I got home, I looked like I just got out of the swimming pool, with my clothes and books of course.This is definately not a good sign. Stronger winds are ought to appear in November........the black out is near.And once again, no school, no internet, no lights, no heat, no tv, but more poor Sherry
